Carolina Summer Deviled Eggs

Hard boil 6 eggs. Cool, peel, halve. Scoop the yolks into a bowl.
Mash yolks with 3 tablespoons Carolina Summer hummus, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Pipe or spoon back into the whites.
Top with smoked paprika and fresh chive. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
These disappear faster than regular deviled eggs. Make a double batch.
