When does my first box ship?
Right away — usually within a few days of signing up. You'll get an email when it's on its way, so you know when to expect it.
How do I choose or change my flavors?
You pick your flavors when you sign up. If you want to change them before your next shipment, just reach out and we'll take care of it — it takes two minutes.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. No cancellation window, no "you have to cancel 7 days before billing" fine print. If you want to stop, just let me know and it's done.
Why can't I just get Carolina Summer and Chunky Brownie Batter at the store?
Those two flavors are small-batch only — we make them in limited runs and they go straight to markets and Good Club members. We've never put them in retail because we can't make enough to keep the shelves stocked consistently. Good Club is the only way to guarantee you get them every month.
What if I want to pause instead of cancel?
Just ask. Life gets busy — I get it. If you need to skip a month or put things on hold, reach out and we'll work it out.
