The Signature Hummus Bowl

Start with a generous scoop of Signature hummus in a wide bowl. Drag a spoon through the center to make a well.

Load it up: sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, a handful of arugula, and a soft-boiled egg. Drizzle with good olive oil, hit it with flaky salt and a crack of black pepper.

Serve with warm pita or sourdough. Takes 10 minutes. Feeds one very happy person.
